Personal Assistant to the CEO
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and business support. This role requires strong communication skills, business awareness, and the ability to work with confidential information in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO
• Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and board materials
• Assist in drafting executive communications, updates, and business requests in English
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and organize business travel
• Facilitate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support preparation for executive and board meetings
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Good understanding of business communication and corporate environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discretion
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus
