Food & Beverage Head

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Multi-Brand Leadership
  Direct and coordinate operations across company-owned and international franchise brands, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, franchise agreements, and airport authority requirements.
• Franchise Governance & Brand Compliance
  Serve as the primary point of contact for international brand partners; lead brand audits, ensure strict adherence to global SOPs, brand standards, marketing calendars, and reporting obligations.
• Operational Performance & Service Excellence
  Drive operational KPIs including sales growth, guest satisfaction, speed of service, and quality assurance across all outlets operating 24/7 in the airport environment.
• Financial Accountability (P&L Ownership)
  Hold full P&L responsibility; manage revenue optimization, cost control (food, beverage, labor), waste reduction, and margin protection in a high-traffic environment.
• Workforce & Peak Traffic Planning
  Lead manpower planning aligned with flight schedules and seasonal passenger fluctuations; ensure effective shift planning and productivity management.
• Compliance, Safety & Regulatory Oversight
  Ensure compliance with aviation security rules, health & safety regulations, food safety standards, and franchise contractual requirements.
• Business Expansion & Continuous Improvement
  Support new brand openings, refurbishments, and commercial initiatives; identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism and Hotel Management, Business Administration)

• Management experience of at least 7 years in this field

• Holding a position of Manager for Hotels, Chains of Restaurants and/ or international Cafes

• Foreign Language: English OR Turkish

• Computer: MS Office (Advanced Level)
