Responsibilities:
  • Entering the non-stocked contractual-non-contractual expense invoices in the system;
  • Preparing the report for Cash Deficits-Cash Surplus;
  • Making the provisions;
  • Carrying out the cash collections and payments;
  • Preparing the respective sections of the Financial Control Package (FCP);
  • Performing the group company reflections (invoices, receipts etc.);
  • Carrying out the internal transfers to the current accounts of the branches;
  • Performing the reconciliations for the account payable;
  • Following up the collections pertaining to the account payable;
  • Checking the invoices issued for contracted purchases and obtaining the approvals thereof.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience: at least 5 years

  • Foreign Language: English (Good level and above)
