I’m looking for a reliable and organized business and personal assistant to help manage business and personal tasks.

The main focus of this role is research, communication, coordination, and problem-solving, primarily for projects and tasks related to the U.S. market.

The goal of this role is to help the founder save time by finding solutions, organizing tasks, and communicating with people and companies efficiently.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, finding contacts quickly, and getting things done.

Responsibilities

Most tasks involve research, communication, and organization.

Business tasks

• researching companies and contacts in the U.S.

• communicating and scheduling meetings

• business research (tax, services, contractors, tools)

• finding vendors and service providers

• booking studios, services, and venues

• organizing travel, flights, and accommodation

• assisting with events and meetings

Personal tasks

• organizing personal travel

• ordering flowers, gifts, and deliveries

• finding services and providers

• managing small personal tasks and payments

• helping solve day-to-day logistical tasks

Requirements

• experience working as an assistant, coordinator, or administrator

• fluent Russian and English

• strong research and problem-solving skills

• highly organized and responsible

• ability to manage multiple tasks

• ability to work independently and find solutions

Work format

• remote work

• main working hours aligned with Miami / New York time

• typical schedule: 10:00 – 18:00 Miami time

• some flexibility is possible

Occasionally, some tasks may appear outside regular working hours, including evenings or weekends. This is not frequent, but flexibility in such situations is important.

Compensation

$1000 per month
