Job Responsibilities:

• Use the Guanjiapo (管家婆) system to record daily business operations, including inventory in/out records, purchase orders, payment records, etc.;

• Draft and implement internal company rules and regulations;

• Act as a liaison between the China headquarters and the EPSEA Central Asia branch; maintain communication with HQ personnel;

• Work with import agents to review and verify shipping documents when goods are imported.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or Finance;• Proficiency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate with headquarters;

• Familiar with national tax laws, financial regulations, and related policies (China & Kazakhstan);

• Honest, trustworthy, with strong professional ethics and integrity.
