Key Responsibilities
Website Project Management (Marketing-Owned)

Maintain quarterly and monthly website roadmap
-
Manage website backlog and prioritization
-
Translate business needs into clear technical/design requirements
-
Coordinate designers and developers
-
Oversee QA, testing, and release process
-
Conduct demos and document results
UX/UI & Conversion Optimization
-
Initiate and coordinate UX research/ CustDevs’
-
Translate insights into hypotheses and improvement plans
-
Maintain consistency of templates and user experience standards
-
Drive continuous conversion improvement initiatives
Content & Editorial System
-
Co-develop content strategy and plans with Product Marketing and PR
-
Manage production, editing, and publication in CMS
-
Build and maintain cross-functional approval workflows
-
Manage external content contractors (quality, deadlines, scope)
-
Ensure message consistency across all web properties
SEO
-
Own implementation of SEO roadmap (semantic core, content gaps, technical fixes)

Translate agency recommendations into actionable tasks
-
Ensure execution across development and content teams
-
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics
-
Maintain long-term SEO growth strategy
Delivery model:
Audit → Technical Improvements → Content Optimization → Implementation → Measurement.
Marketing Analytics & Data Flow Ownership

Ensure correct tracking setup (forms, events, funnels)
-
Guarantee proper routing of leads into CRM and marketing automation systems

Monitor data integrity and anomaly detection
-
Deliver regular performance reports and insights
This role carries end-to-end accountability for user and data flow quality.
Key Requirements
Must-Have:

Proven experience managing website or digital product projects within a marketing function

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills

Practical SEO expertise (semantic research, on-page, technical SEO, analytics)

Content strategy and editorial experience

Experience working with CMS systems

KPI-driven mindset with structured reporting and performance tracking

Ability to align multiple stakeholders around priorities and timelines
Nice to Have

Experience in Product Marketing (positioning, messaging, GTM packaging)

Experience supporting PR initiatives and thought leadership content

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM integrations
