🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Student Support Services department

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service standards

• Handle student inquiries and resolve complex cases

• Develop and implement service policies and procedures

• Optimize internal processes

• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments

• Monitor and improve departmental KPIs

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience

• Experience in the education sector

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• High level of responsibility and initiative

🎓 Education

At least Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
