✨ About the Role
We are looking for a Media and Partnerships Manager to lead planning and buying across OOH, premium locations, events, conferences and festivals.
The role combines media planning and buying with evaluation of sponsorship and partnership opportunities across travel and lifestyle ecosystems.
The ideal candidate understands how media works in travel environments such as airports, inflight and related OOH, and knows the vendors, formats and pricing logic in these channels. Candidates from broader OOH, sponsorship or experiential media backgrounds are also welcome.
📝 Responsibilities
Media planning and buying:
Plan and execute OOH and location-based media campaigns across multiple markets
Identify high-impact placements in target environments (transport hubs, city centers, venues, events)
Work with media owners and sales houses to build efficient media mixes
Manage RFPs, proposals and negotiations
Secure added value and optimize packages
Develop media opportunities in travel-related environments, including airports and inflight where relevant
Evaluate placements based on audience profile, context and seasonality
Coordinate production specs and delivery requirements
Sponsorship:
Identify and evaluate conferences, festivals and industry events for sponsorship
Assess sponsorship packages from a media value and brand visibility perspective
Negotiate rights, branding presence and deliverables
Ensure partnerships translate into measurable exposure or strategic value
Measurement and reporting:
Define KPIs for awareness-led campaigns
Track estimated reach, impressions and visibility
Evaluate CPM and cost-efficiency across formats and markets
Deliver post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations
Day by day operations:
Budget planning and tracking
Vendor management and coordination
Contract handling and internal approvals
Alignment with brand and creative teams
📩What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Knowledge:
Understanding of location-based and context-driven media
Solid grasp of media metrics such as CPM, reach, frequency and share of voice
Understanding of brand lift, awareness and attention measurement approaches
Familiarity with measurement methodologies for OOH and experiential media (post-campaign studies, audience estimation models, geo-based analysis, survey-based brand lift)
Ability to evaluate media value versus cost
Skills:
Strong negotiation and commercial mindset
Structured and analytical approach to media evaluation
Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into planning decisions
Experience using measurement frameworks for OOH, inflight or event media
Comfortable working with data from multiple vendors and research sources
Detail-oriented and reliable
Fluent English required, fluent Russian is a big plus
