Increase conversion rates at each stage of the admissions journey.

Field and manage all enquiries to the Admissions Office in a timely and professional manner.

Parent Engagement & Customer Experience

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families.

Liaise with parents regarding admission enquiries and application processes.

Coordinate school tours, visits, demo lessons, Open Days, and other promotional activities.

Facilitate meetings between parents and relevant School staff.

Coordinate student applications, assessments, and placement testing.

Team Leadership & Channel Management

Lead, manage, and develop the Admissions (Pupil Recruitment) team.

Set and monitor KPIs related to enquiries, visits, offers, and conversions.

Maintain strong professional relationships with key recruitment channels, agents, and feeder schools.

Ensure high professional and ethical standards within the team.

Provide regular updates and data-driven analysis of admissions performance to the SLT (Senior Leadership Team).

Analyse admissions metrics and recommend strategic improvements to maximise enrolment outcomes.
