Lead and manage the administrative operations of the Rep. Office, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous process improvement;
Organize and optimize administrative resources, including outsourcing management and service quality supervision;
Implement and adapt corporate administrative policies, process standards, IT tools, and internal control requirements in line with local office needs;
Oversee office space management and Integrated Facility Management (IFM), ensuring high employee satisfaction across services (catering, transportation, accommodation, health services, etc.);
Manage company assets and administrative expenses, prepare and control the annual budget to ensure cost efficiency;
Ensure compliance in administrative procurement processes and participate in vendor acceptance procedures, build and maintain relationships with external administrative service providers and public authorities;
Develop and strengthen the local administrative system, enhance team capabilities, and build a professional administrative team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative management or similar leadership roles;
Strong knowledge of office administration, facility management, budgeting, and procurement processes;
Experience in vendor management and service outsourcing supervision;
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks;
Fluency in English and Russian, proficiency in Chinese will be considered an advantage;
Result-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Working conditions:
Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
