✨ About the Role
We are looking for a Analytics / BI Engineer with a strong engineering mindset who will design, build, and support the company’s BI and analytics infrastructure. You will help develop and evolve the company’s Business Intelligence ecosystem — from data ingestion and modeling to dashboards for product, marketing, and business teams.

📝 Responsibilities

Design and develop the company’s BI layer to ensure consistent metrics and definitions across teams
Develop and support reliable dashboards, and key metrics for product, marketing, and business teams
Implement automated data validation, monitoring, and anomaly-detection within the BI environment
Optimize SQL queries, Python scripts and data transformations for performance on large datasets
Automate reporting, data ingestion, and transformation workflows using Python and orchestration tools
Participate in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and data architecture
Ensure data quality, consistency, and observability across the BI and analytics stack

📩 Requirements

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI with a strong engineering focus
Advanced SQL skills, including optimization for large-scale datasets
Strong Python skills (data processing, automation, pipeline development)
Hands-on experience building BI systems (preferably Power BI) , data marts, and automated reporting pipelines
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT architecture
