Specialist for Research Center

CENTRAL ASIAN UNIVERSITY is seeking a highly motivated Specialist to join the Research Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic projects from initiation to completion, developing cooperation with leading international testing and certification bodies, coordinating accreditation processes, and ensuring effective project implementation under the strategic guidance of the Vice-Rector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to completion
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Implement projects under the supervision and strategic guidance of the Vice-Rector
• Ensure that all project plans, key decisions, and major milestones are discussed and approved by the Vice-Rector
• Establish and develop cooperation with international testing centers and certification bodies (such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACCA, USMLE, and others)
• Initiate partnerships, negotiate terms of collaboration, and coordinate accreditation processes where applicable
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks
• Control project costs and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior management
• Prepare project reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies
• Resolve issues and remove obstacles impacting project delivery
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned

• Education

  Bachelor’s degree ; Master’s degree is an advantage.

  Experience in projects.

  Strong project management, data analysis, and reporting skills.

• Work Experience

  Previous experience collaborating with international testing centers (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACCA, USMLE, etc.)

• Hard Skills

  Collecting, verifying, and analyzing data.

  Preparing analytical reports and presentations.

  Computer Skills, database management, data analysis

  Fluent in English and Russian, Uzbek.

• Desirable Criteria

  Experience in partnership development and international cooperation

  Knowledge of accreditation and quality assurance processes

  Experience managing cross-border or multicultural projects

  Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
