Regulation specialist

1. Regulatory Tracing and Analysis
Monitor government websites, media, and other relevant sources to track regulatory developments.
. Identify and highlight potential risk points associated with new or amended regulations.
. Translate regulations as needed to ensure clarity and understanding across teams.
. Prepare detailed reports summarizing regulatory updates and submit them through the GRMS system on weekly basis
. Review regulatory documents to assess their implications for our Company.
. Consider expert advice from RHQ/HQ and leverage international experience to inform analysis.
. Highlight unclear or high-risk points in regulatory documents for further action.
. Submit Samsung's comments or proposals on government websites (e.g., regulation.gov.uz) to influence regulatory outcomes.
2. Government Relations Management & Official Communication
. Draft official letters with examples and evidence from international best practices to support Samsung's position.
. Make direct calls to ministries to contact the PIC and follow up on the status of submitted letters.
. Advocate for timely responses from government bodies by engaging with PICs and emphasizing urgency.
. Arrange meetings with government representatives to discuss Samsung's proposals and recommendations.
3. Internal Awareness
. report on changes in legislation to all departments highlighting of risks, transition period, etc.
. Conduct regular meetings with HoD and Product Managers to review implementation progress.
. Verify compliance status with Product Managers for each product group
. Ensure adherence to new regulatory requirements through continuous monitoring and reporting.
. Provide guidance and support to teams to achieve full compliance
4.Additional Responsibilities (if needed):
support СoC (certificate of confirmity) process for some products.

* Undersatnding of CoC process
