We are launching NGD Digital, a vertical focused on ERP implementation and digital transformation based on Odoo.
Our goal is not just to implement software — we redesign business processes and then digitalize them.
We are looking for a structured and ambitious Odoo Functional Consultant who will help us build industry demo solutions and participate in pre-sales activities..
Role Overview
This role is focused on:
- Building vertical demo databases (Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail)
- Preparing structured demo scenarios for clients
- Supporting pre-sales presentations
- Participating in ERP implementation projects
You will work directly with the founder and become a key member of the digital practice from its early stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Odoo core modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, MRP, POS)
- Build and maintain demo databases for selected industries
- Prepare realistic business scenarios inside Odoo
- Create demo scripts and structured presentations
- Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations
- Conduct business process analysis (GAP analysis support)
- Assist in project implementation and user training
- Document best practices and standard templates
- Support go-live and stabilization phase
Required qualifications
- 2–4 years experience in ERP implementation (Odoo preferred)
- Strong understanding of Accounting workflows, Inventory & warehouse processes, Sales & procurement cycles
- Experience configuring Odoo modules
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- English language required
- Uzbek language preferred
- High level of ownership and responsibility
