Role Overview:

As a Property Consultant at Premium Dubai, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing or investing in properties in Dubai.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Connect with clients to deeply understand their goals, lifestyle and property expectations

• Track market trends and pricing movements to deliver smart, data-driven guidance

• Identify the best-fit properties and arrange seamless viewings

• Craft compelling listings for both rental and sales portfolios

• Lead negotiations to secure the most favorable terms for clients

• Prepare, review, and manage all documentation with full legal accuracy

• Oversee the entire transaction process, from offer to successful closing

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, owners and industry partners
  
  Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Fluency in Uzbek & English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
