About the Company
Cru Motion is an international company based in the DAFZA free economic zone (Dubai, UAE).
Our goal is to develop sales for international premium brands (Fashion & Lifestyle) in the e-commerce market.
We operate on a dropshipping model and integrate with key marketplaces (Ozon, Amazon, Noon, etc.).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Supplier Data Parsing and Management

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust website parsers/crawlers for suppliers (from 10 to 1000+ SKUs).
• Extracting and normalizing data: model, color, size, title, description, price, stock levels, statuses.
• Ensuring parser stability, monitoring, and scalability

2. Marketplace Integrations

• API integration with Ozon and other platforms.
• Automated upload and update of product listings.
• Managing prices, stock, orders, statuses, and labeling.

3. Dropshipping Process Automation

• Building an automated process: Order, Purchase, Delivery, Warehouse processing, Handover to logistic partner.
• Integration with logistics services and logistics providers.
• Minimizing manual operations and errors.

4. Content and AI

• Setting up processes for automatic content enrichment and adaptation to marketplace requirements.
• Utilizing AI tools for generating and optimizing descriptions, specifications, and attributes.

5. Accounting and ERP

• Participating in the selection and implementation of an accounting system / ERP that fits:
• The specifics of business in the UAE.
• E-commerce and marketplace requirements.
• Preparing technical specifications for customizations and integrations.
• Supporting and developing the system.

Required Experience

Essential:

• Hands-on experience in developing parsers/scrapers (Python, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or similar).
• Experience with Ozon and Wildberries API integration.
• Understanding of e-commerce processes and dropshipping models.
• Business process automation.
• Experience with databases: SQL, PostgreSQL / MySQL.

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Zoho, Ordoro, etc.).
• Understanding of UAE accounting requirements and automation of sales reporting.
• Experience in integrating with international marketplaces: Amazon, Noon, AliExpress.
