Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Sound Engineer with a strong sales mindset and solid understanding of professional audio systems.
This role is focused on active B2B sales, client development, and providing professional audio solutions for events, installations, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Active sales of professional sound systems (PRO SOUND)
Work with integrators, rental companies, and end clients
Identify customer needs and propose suitable audio solutions
Prepare commercial offers and basic technical proposals
Present products, systems, and solutions to clients
Close deals and grow long-term partnerships
Work with CRM system and sales pipeline
Support projects from first contact to deal closing
Product Areas
Professional Audio Systems (PA)
Speakers, amplifiers, mixers
DSP, controllers, microphones
Installation A/V audio solutions
Audio for events, venues, and commercial spaces
Requirements
English language – must
Uzbek language – required
Russian – an advantage
Experience with professional sound systems – mandatory
Sales experience in technical / A/V field
Experience working with a CRM system/Word/Excel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Result-oriented, proactive, sales-driven mindset
