We are looking for a highly driven Commercial Manager to lead sales and marketing activities for Hampton by Hilton Minsk City Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Wholesale and Groups segments.
- Drive new business generation and manage key accounts.
- Lead and develop the Sales Team, set KPIs and oversee performance.
- Manage marketing activities, including social media and production of promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, recommending proactive actions.
- Lead the RFP process, rate negotiations and system updates.
- Participate in revenue meetings, prepare monthly reports, and manage the department budget.
- Maintain strong partner relationships and expand the client base.
- Organize familiarization visits, hospitality events and client show-arounds.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton standards and local regulations.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales; senior-level experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team‑motivating skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales, revenue management and budgeting.
- Experience with Opera, TravelLine, STR and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of the tourism market and key accounts.
- Fluent English and Russian.
