Manager (Strategy and Execution)

Your Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will take ownership of projects and client relationships, leading teams and delivering high-impact strategic outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing end-to-end workstreams and projects related to strategic decision-making for clients

• Structuring problem statements, defining analytical approaches, and overseeing high-quality execution by project teams

• Conducting in-depth analysis of industries, markets, global best practices, and clients’ operations

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, including senior management, government representatives, and investment funds

• Reviewing and delivering high-quality client materials, including strategic presentations and recommendations

• Driving business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, client pitching, and opportunity identification

• Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members, fostering a high-performance team culture

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary EY teams across transactions, corporate finance, and other service lines

We Are Looking for People With

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university (Master’s degree is a strong advantage)

• 6+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, deal advisory, M&A, or corporate strategy functions within leading companies

• Proven experience in strategy development, market entry, growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and market research

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams and multiple stakeholders

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is required

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
