Job description

• Manage the full project lifecycle in an outsourcing environment.
• Detail, decompose, clarify, and refine tasks for development teams (e.g., creating User Stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications).
• Handle a variety of full-stack projects, including web (frontend/backend) and mobile development, integrations, and QA processes.
• Ensure clear and effective communication in English with international clients and team members (daily syncs, documentation, negotiations).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing/software development.
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for daily client communication.
• Deep understanding of development processes (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong skills in detailed requirements decomposition and planning.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ specialists.
• Systems thinking, proactivity, and strong negotiation skills.
