Business Analyst

Andersen is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to work on a fintech investment platform, supporting secure, scalable solutions for structuring, issuing, and managing complex financial products.

The customer is a company operating in the financial domain with a strong emphasis on technology. Its services rely on internal software platforms and automated processes, with high attention to reliability, security, and scalability in a regulated environment.

The project is focused on building and enhancing a fintech investment platform for structuring, issuing, and distributing sophisticated financial products. It supports tailored investment solutions for professional and institutional users, enabling efficient product management, securitization, and active portfolio operations.

Responsibilities:

• Independently eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Leading stakeholder communication and managing expectations.
• Defining AS-IS / TO-BE processes and target solution models.
• Decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Acting as the key link between business and engineering.
• Ensuring requirements consistency and traceability.
• Managing changes and priorities across the backlog.
• Supporting the team throughout the SDLC and participating in UAT.
• Proactively proposing improvements, not just documenting requests.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Business Analyst on financial services projects for 3+ years.
• Hands-on experience with Calypso, preferably for 2+ years.
• Strong understanding of the Calypso trade lifecycle, including Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office.
• Experience with financial instruments, such as derivatives (IR, FX, Equity, Credit); bonds, repos, and structured products are nice to have.
• Knowledge of key Calypso modules, including Trade Capture, Risk, Collateral/Margining, and Settlement & Payments.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
