Head of Franchise Development

At Bellissimo Pizza, we build digital products that support a large-scale food business — from internal systems to guest-facing services used by millions every year.
We’re looking for a Head of Franchise Development to join our team and help design, build, and evolve a scalable franchise growth system used across the business. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver franchise growth end-to-end.
What you’ll do

Design and drive the franchise development strategy aligned with business growth goals
Build and optimize the franchise sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure
Manage and scale the franchise development team, setting goals, KPIs, and performance standards
Oversee franchisee acquisition, evaluation, and selection to ensure partner quality
Coordinate end-to-end launch of new franchise locations in collaboration with internal teams
Ensure consistent brand standards and operational quality across the franchise network
Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and controls for a scalable franchise model
What we’re looking for

Proven experience in franchise development, network expansion, or partner-based business models
Strong background in franchise sales and partner funnel management
Experience building and leading teams, with clear ownership of results
Ability to design and implement scalable processes and operational standards
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
