Developer for Candle School Management Software

Project

The project is built on top of a framework developed by one of our international partners, which provides a solid foundation for architecture, security, and scalability.

As part of the team, you will work with this framework, contribute to its extension, and follow established best practices while delivering business features.

The team’s immediate goal is to deliver a stable v1.0 release, focusing on clean architecture, scalability, and reliability, using modern C# and .NET technologies.

Your role

As part of the Software Team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing core features of the Candle School Management system.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Writing readable, efficient C# code using .NET Core / .NET 5+ for backend services and APIs

• Designing and maintaining relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL) using Entity Framework Core

• Implementing monitoring, logging, and deployment practices to ensure system reliability and scalability

• Collaborating with front-end developers to design and consume RESTful APIs

• Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure data integrity and system stability

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Middle Developer: 3+ years of production experience with C# (.NET Core / .NET 5+)

• Senior Developer: 5+ years of production experience, including system design and architectural decisions

• English communication skills — IELTS 6.5 or equivalent

• A learning mindset and a genuine interest in helping others grow

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ASP.NET Core (Web API or MVC)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Microservices architecture

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus

• Experience mentoring or leading developers (responsibility and compensation will scale accordingly)
