Content Producer

Description

We are looking for a Content Producer / Video Content Producer to strengthen our production and design teams. In this role, you will be responsible for generating ideas and scripts, coordinating the video and animation production process, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines, as well as managing communication within the team and with other departments.

We are looking for someone who understands YouTube as a platform, is familiar with its algorithms, and knows how to create content that drives views and subscriber growth.

Requirements

• Experience in video production, animation, content marketing, or media.

• Strong project management and team coordination skills.

• Ability to write scripts and translate ideas into clear technical tasks (briefs).

• Understanding of storytelling principles and visual communication.

• Knowledge of YouTube metrics and channel growth strategies.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

• High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to deadlines.

• Languages: Uzbek, Russian, English — B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas, concepts, and scripts for videos and animations.

• Prepare detailed briefs for designers, motion specialists, and the video team.

• Coordinate task execution, distribute workload, and control content quality.

• Manage timelines and ensure content is produced and published according to schedule.

• Maintain clear communication between production, design, and other departments.

• Create and regularly update the content calendar.

• Analyze YouTube performance metrics and suggest improvements.

• Participate in shaping and developing the channel’s growth strategy.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a YouTube channel or working with bloggers/media platforms.

• Skills in copywriting, storyboarding, or directing.

• Understanding of digital content trends and advertising formats.

• Experience working with tools such as Figma, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar software.
