We are looking for motivated Business Analysts to support the development and implementation of our financial software solutions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing banking processes within the local Kyrgyzstani banking sector (loans, deposits, cards, treasury, AML, etc.).
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Create detailed process flows and use cases for core banking modules.
- Ensure development teams understand the business impact of features.
- Clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure alignment.
- Ensure requirements comply with banking regulations (KYC/AML, reporting standards, credit risk rules, local payments clearing, etc.).
- Gather and analyze business requirements directly from clients
- Analyze customer business processes and workflows
- Align client processes with the Aspekt Product Suite
- Collaborate with Implementation & Development teams
- Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities
- Conduct user trainings and workshops
- Prepare and update user documentation
- Report progress, risks, and project status to management
🎯 Required Education
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, IT, or a related field
🔥 Most Important Requirement
✔ Strong banking experience is mandatory for all levels.
Understanding of banking workflows, credit processes, finance, local clearing, local banking rules, and related operations is essential.
📌 Experience Requirements by Level
Mid-Level Business Analyst
- 2–5 years in business analysis, finance/IT consulting, or system implementation
- Solid banking knowledge
- Experience with workshops, documentation, and system adaptation
- Ability to work independently with clients
Senior Business Analyst
- 5+ years in business analysis within banking, finance, or IT
- Deep understanding of financial products and workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and improving processes
🌐 Language Requirements
- English language
- Russian/Kyrgyz
💼 Technical & Analytical Skills
- Logical and critical thinking
- Process mapping and workflow analysis
- Documentation preparation (functional specs, manuals, diagrams)
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Understanding of scope management, testing, and requirement validation
