We are entering an active commercial scaling phase. We are aiming to hire people for the Sales and Presales teams, and we are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Partner who can own commercial hiring end-to-end and become the internal expert on attracting, assessing, and hiring strong Sales and Presales professionals on the international market.
Core focus: Sales & Presales hiring (80-90%)
Team growth targets: +10–15 Sales, +3–4 Presales Engineers
Active sourcing (LinkedIn, direct outreach)
First-round interviews and qualification, deep assessment of motivation, soft skills, maturity, and team fit
Managing candidates through offer and start
Working with the team
Supporting early onboarding and adaptation
Checking on the team, identifying early signs of disengagement, misfit, or burnout
Optional tasks
Contributing ideas to employer branding (LinkedIn presence, collaboration with marketing)
Occasional involvement in US hiring, if you have strong English and relevant experience
A recruiter with 3+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales and IT engineers hiring
Experience with international recruitment and modern sourcing tools
Conversational English (working level)
High level of autonomy — no HR Director above you, we need your expertise
Analytical skills (working with the recruitment funnel)
