Functional Responsibilities:

• Carries out operational management of the Hangar Complex.
• Supports the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of production tasks within the Hangar Complex.
• Contributes to improvements in work organization, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Ensures the proper condition and reliable operation of production facilities and equipment assigned to the department.
• Ensures the fulfillment of plans for maintenance, repair, and storage of aircraft (or equipment).
• Monitors compliance with established technological processes and regulations.
• Participates in planning the utilization of hangars and resources.

Requirements:

• Higher specialized or technical aviation education.
• At least 3 years of experience in flight-related and managerial positions in civil aviation.
• Proficiency in the state languages and English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
• Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
