HTML Banner Designer / Digital Designer

We're looking for a skilled HTML Banner Designer / Digital Designer to join the team of our client - an ad network focused on crypto projects.

The role is centered around the development of static and animated HTML banners for online advertising campaigns. We’re looking for someone with strong visual skills, attention to detail, and experience in creating engaging digital ads.

What you’ll do:

• Create HTML banner ads for company clients based on provided briefs
• Develop visual concepts and ideas for banners and animations
• Design and animate interactive elements (buttons, UI elements, transitions, motion)
• Prepare full banner sets: resizes for different formats, dimensions, and platform requirements
• Work with client brand guidelines (colors, styles, visual elements)
• Occasionally support other digital design tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Animate and Google Web Designer
• Strong hands-on experience specifically in HTML banner advertising
• Strong visual taste, attention to detail, understanding of composition, typography and digital layout
• English B2

Nice to have:

• Experience in a marketing agency or Web3 is a plus
