Senior UI/UX Designer

If you have:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product teams;
• Experience working with web products with complex interfaces;
• Knowledge and experience in building and supporting design systems
• Experience in providing reasoned decisions based on quantitative indexes;
• Proficiency in Figma and other tools;
• English level - Intermediate+.

About the tech stack:

• Development of wireframes, layouts, and artifacts for web interfaces;
• Formulation of hypotheses and their validation;
• Designing user interactions and perceptions of the product;
• Scenario modeling and studying psychological aspects of human behavior;
• Maintaining the integrity and evolving design and products;
• Analysis and optimization of existing interfaces;
• Quality control of implementation.
