Junior Onboarding Managerto join our office team in
Yerevan.
Requirements - Strong communication skills; ability to clearly, structuredly, and professionally convey information to clients
- Native or fluent Russian with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Confident Excel skills at an advanced user level (formulas, tables, filters, basic analytics)
- Understanding of how software products and online services work; advanced computer skills
- Responsibility and proactivity (willingness to communicate extensively with clients and support them)
ResponsibilitiesClient Current State Analysis - Introduction to the client’s Altegio account
- Analysis of current settings, existing use cases, business processes, pain points, and goals
Requirements Gathering and Formalization - Collecting and formalizing client requirements
- Aligning the technical specification (TS) with the client, defining scope, priorities, and expected outcomes
Implementation Planning - Creating a customized implementation plan considering the client’s business specifics, number of branches, staff, services, and launch timelines
Client Data Preparation Coordination - Monitoring timely and accurate completion of required files, checklists, and forms by the client
- Verifying data before transferring it to the implementation team
Task Assignment and Control - Assigning tasks to implementation specialists
- Managing system setup tasks and individual training sessions within paid implementation projects
Client Training Organization - Registering clients for implementation department webinars
- Coordinating participation in training activities and monitoring training completion
Client Communication and Support - Supporting clients throughout all implementation stages
- Prompt responses via Intercom / WhatsApp
- Calls and meetings with clients (telephony / Google Meet / Zoom)
- Maintaining regular communication and monitoring deadlines
Objection Handling and Expectation Management - Handling objections during the implementation stage
- Explaining the value of the Altegio system, its functionality, integrations, and product logic
Quality Control of System Settings - Reviewing the accuracy of configurations performed by clients and implementation specialists
- Assisting clients with additional setup and error correction
Implementation Progress Control - Regular monitoring of task statuses
- Ensuring implementation stages are completed according to the plan and agreed timelines
CRM and Documentation Management - Updating client information, implementation stages, and statuses in KommoCRM
Feedback and Client Updates - Providing feedback to the client after each implementation stage
- Aligning next steps
Implementation Completion and Summary - Preparing a final implementation report for the client and internal records in KommoCRM
Client Handover to Support Team - Proper handover of the client to the support team
- Providing detailed information on completed settings, business specifics, and recommendations for further work
Nice to Have - Knowledge of Armenian and English at B2 level
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
