About the Project
Fuel card sales in the U.S. (all sales are conducted within the United States).
Project launch: March 2024.
Part of a logistics group: The project is a division of a U.S. trucking logistics group, which is the market leader in Uzbekistan.
The company is a registered IT Park resident with offices in Tashkent (two offices), Chicago, and Orlando.

Purpose of the Position
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decisions and improve internal processes. The main goal is to transform raw data into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data from various sources: databases, APIs, Excel, CRM systems, etc.

• Clean and prepare data: remove duplicates, process missing values, and convert data into the desired format.

• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies using statistical methods.

• Visualize information through graphs, dashboards, and presentations (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python libraries, etc.).

• Formulate and test hypotheses, including A/B tests or other methods of analysis.

• Support decision-making by preparing analytical reports and actionable recommendations.

• Automate reporting by creating scripts or tools for regular updates and distribution.

• Work with SQL databases: write queries to extract and process data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, marketing, developers) to clarify tasks and deliver results.

• Ensure data quality by monitoring consistency and offering improvements to data storage structures and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization.

• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with relational databases.

• Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Good knowledge of Excel and Python libraries for data processing (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.).

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present results clearly.

• English proficiency (upper-intermediate or above).
