IT Project Manager

Our team is a fusion of knowledge and experience in planning: subject matter experts, Anaplan consultants, data scientists and optimizers. We’re a multinational connected team located across the globe and doing projects in more than 35 countries the United States, Austria, Germany, Serbia, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The role: As a Project Manager at Planingo , you will lead and oversee the successful
delivery of planning transformation projects for our clients. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Manage end to end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget
• Coordinate cross functional teams, including architects, model builders, and
  consultants
• Drive Agile project management methodologies to deliver efficient and scalable
  solutions

Client Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• Lead workshops and status meetings to ensure alignment on project goals

Resource and Task Management:

• Oversee task allocation and execution within the project team
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure the project team is adequately supported and motivated to meet objectives

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets,

and deliverables

• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably within IT, planning, or
  consulting domains
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile Scrum
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with multinational teams
• Knowledge of Anaplan or similar connected planning platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
