Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Lobster_data, Lobster_pro, and the Lobster Data Platform architecture;
• Proven experience in building integration scenarios, data transformations, EDI flows and API integrations;
• Proficiency in Lobster no-code tools, including mapping, connectors and workflow design;
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT principles, integration patterns, message queues and enterprise service bus (ESB);
• Experience working with Storyblok and various CMS platforms;
• Strong familiarity with PIM and DAM systems, including Scaleflex solutions;
• Professional working proficiency in English, with the confidence and clarity required for direct, high-stakes client-facing communication;
• Intermediate+ level of spoken English (from B1+)

Nice to Have:

• A strong foundation in Data Engineering with experience in building scalable data pipelines and managing large-scale data processing;
• Practical experience with Elasticsearch, including index management, query optimization or integration with data workflows.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex integration solutions using the Lobster Data Platform (Lobster_data and Lobster_pro);
• Build and optimize end-to-end EDI flows, API integrations, and data transformation scenarios to ensure seamless data exchange;
• Configure and manage no-code workflows, including complex data mapping and connector setup, to streamline business processes;
• Oversee the integration and synchronization of CMS (Storyblok), PIM, and DAM systems, ensuring data consistency across the ecosystem using Scaleflex and other tools;
• Implement and monitor ETL/ELT processes, managing data queues and bus architectures to ensure high availability and performance;
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients, leading discussions, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions in fluent English;
• Leverage Elasticsearch and data engineering best practices to optimize search capabilities and process large-scale datasets.
