Responsibilities Full ownership of the deal lifecycle:
- Start of the cycle: cold calling or initial contact with a potential client
- End of the cycle: contract signing and launch of commercial traffic
Operational work:
- Legal support (NDA, contracts)
- Technical support (integration)
- Financial support (invoicing)
- Ongoing operational support: handling incoming client requests
Upsell and account growth:
- Developing client potential
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Selling additional services and products
Requirements Work experience:
- Telecommunications industry (MNO, CPaaS, CCaaS)
- Corporate (B2B) segment
- Work with key / enterprise clients
