We’re scaling fast across MENA & Europe and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive full-cycle partner acquisition and growth across Europe.
This is a hands-on role combining proactive lead generation + account management, ideal for someone who loves outreach, negotiation, onboarding/activation and long-term partner growth.
What you’ll do:
- Outreach & prospecting of new business partners (car rental operators / mobility suppliers)
- Initial contact, discovery calls and relationship building
- Negotiation and deal closing (commercial terms, agreements)
- Partner onboarding & activation (go-live, setup, process alignment)
- Ongoing account management to drive utilization, performance and retention
- Pipeline tracking and reporting (CRM / Sheets)
Must-have:
- Strong English (B2+)
- Strong communication skills (emails, calls, negotiation)
- Confident in Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent follow-up discipline and structured workflow
- Proactive, detail-oriented, ownership mindset
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment (multitasking + prioritization)
Nice-to-have:
- Travel / car rental / mobility background
- CRM experience (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Salesforce)
- Basic understanding of API/XML
- Additional languages (Russian / Spanish / German / French etc.)
