Process & Compliance Coordinator

About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a Process & Compliance Coordinator.

Requirements:

Responsible for documenting all processes across each department function.

Maintains and updates procedures daily based on employee mistakes or identified gaps, ensuring continuous improvement.

Ensures all staff members complete required trainings and learn all procedures through the corporate platform.

Controls compliance with established processes and rules.

Supports document flow with suppliers and vendors, including drafting contracts, filling out forms, coordinating approvals, and managing weekly correspondence.
