Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Searching for and attracting clients (owner-operators, trucking companies with small and large fleets) from an existing database
Handling inbound leads and making outbound cold contacts (calls, messages, emails)
Consulting clients on IFTA services and supporting them throughout the sales process
Handling objections and closing deals
Maintaining and updating information in the CRM system
Collecting, verifying, and organizing data for IFTA calculations (ELD and fuel data)
Assisting in the preparation of quarterly IFTA reports
Performing basic data reconciliation and identifying discrepancies
Maintaining documentation and meeting reporting deadlines
Complying with internal procedures and compliance requirements
Key Requirements
Secondary specialized or higher education (Accounting / Finance / Business is a plus)
At least 1 year of experience in sales, accounting, compliance, administration, or a call center is an advantage
Willingness to develop in the trucking and sales field
Strong communication skills
English — Intermediate level (B1+)
Russian — fluent
Willingness to work with cold contacts
Basic computer and CRM skills
Responsible, results-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Experience or understanding of the trucking / logistics / fuel industry
Familiarity with Safety compliance and fuel cards (training provided)
Knowledge of the Uzbek language
Education or practical experience in accounting or finance
