Responsibilities: - Support the development, planning, and execution of the brand marketing calendar and marketing activities;
- Participate in the development and launch of new products, including involvement in product positioning sessions;
- Assist in development of communication strategies and digital activations, including SMM;
- Coordinate development of advertising and communication materials in collaboration with creative and media agencies, including approval processes;
- Manage packaging adaptation in line with global guidelines and local market requirements;
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and prepare insights-based recommendations;
- Support the preparation of short-term brand and product promotion plans;
- Analyze internal brand KPIs and performance metrics;
- Track annual and monthly category budgets, including accruals and budget control;
- Coordinate with suppliers and support documentation and reporting processes;
- Prepare and submit regular (monthly) brand and marketing reports;
- Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to support brand-related initiatives.
Requirements: - 1–2+ years of experience in Marketing (Junior Brand Manager, Marketing Specialist, Assistant, internship);
- Experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage;
- Experience working in an international company and/or advertising agency is a plus;
- Analytical skills and ability to work with research results, reviews, and reports (e.g. Nielsen);
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- English proficiency at Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level or above;
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
