Finance Supervisor (Tax, International Group)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance and tax risk management across group entities in multiple jurisdictions.

• Support implementation of group tax initiatives and local tax planning activities.

• Assess tax implications and exposures related to new projects and business initiatives.

• Ensure smooth monthly closing process and review management accounts in line with internal group standards.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Monitor accuracy and completeness of internal and external financial reports.

• Coordinate and support statutory and group audits for assigned entities.

• Provide methodological and technical support to Chief Accountants on complex accounting and tax matters.

• Perform technical review of financial statements.

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity position of group entities.

• Oversee payment processes, including weekly payment runs and customer payment monitoring.

• Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks as requested by group finance management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (finance controlling, tax, audit, advisory).

• Strong background in tax compliance / tax controlling is a significant advantage.

• Experience in an international environment or professional services (audit / tax / advisory) is a strong plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional qualification such as ACCA or equivalent is an advantage.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity and cross-border environment.
