Your day-to-day:
- Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage a team of two Leads LAMP & Brand Activation, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
Allocate responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of LAMP activities.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Strategic Planning:
Oversee the development and implementation of LAMP strategies aligned with brand objectives and regulatory requirements.
Analyse contract effectiveness for SFP and assessment of relevance of contracted LAMP in line with Brand fit, target audience and global segmentation.
Support Leads in identifying high-potential legal-age meeting points (bars, clubs, retail spaces) for targeted marketing activities.
Ensure market research insights are integrated into activation planning. - POSM Coordination and Deployment:
Supervise planning and coordination of POSM distribution to LAMP outlets.
Ensure timely delivery, proper installation, and inventory management of POSM materials for LAMP channel in cooperation with Trade marketing department. - Branding & Activation Oversight:
Guide Leads in executing branding strategies tailored to LAMP outlets.
Monitor events and brand activations to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and budget adherence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design consumer experiences that drive engagement and loyalty. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, agencies, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and consumer engagement initiatives. - Performance Monitoring:
Track and evaluate LAMP activities using KPIs such as consumer reach, engagement levels, and ROI.
Consolidate reports from Leads LAMP & Brand Activation and provide insights to inform future strategies. - Budget Management:
Manage and control LAMP stream budgets with precision, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across activations.
Monitor spending against approved budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for LAMP activities.
Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality or compliance. - Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all initiatives comply with local tobacco/advertising laws and internal ethical guidelines.
Conduct regular audits of activations, content, and partnerships to mitigate risks.
Constant evaluation of Global Standard Processes, Risk and Controls linked to LAMP activities.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, event management, or consumer engagement (FMCG or tobacco industry is a plus, commercial experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments affecting alcohol or tobacco marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
