English - B2 and above (spoken and written), fluent Russian;

good communication skills;

ability to conduct business correspondence;

attention to detail and organization;

results-oriented approach.

Main tasks:

searching for and hiring drivers in the American market: posting job openings on specialized websites;

conducting initial interviews and organizing subsequent stages;

checking driver documents before hiring.

Schedule:

20:00 - 04-00 (Mon-Fri) Almaty time or 9am - 5pm Chicago time ;

Bonuses both performance and anual;

$300 Paid internship (1 month), will be received after intership is completed ;

Paid vacation and sick days after 6 months of workl.

Base salary $500 per month with a rase for up to $1000 depending on your results.
