Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and process-oriented Talent Acquisition & Operations Coordinator to join our expanding international team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our candidates in Uzbekistan and our headquarters, ensuring a seamless journey from the initial contact to successful placement. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wishes to contribute directly to the development of international healthcare careers.
Your Responsibilities
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
Systems Management: Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (TeamTailor or similar), ensuring all statuses, notes, and records are accurate and up to date.
Evaluation: Review resumes, verify candidate information, help identify strong profiles and bring in shape the profiles for our German clients.
Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of accuracy to ensure all candidate files are "audit-ready" at all times.
Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing documentation and scheduling orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for our participants.
Optimization: Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving recruitment operations and the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications for Success
Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, HR support, or high-level administrative roles.
Medical Knowledge (Big Plus): Experience in medical recruitment or basic healthcare knowledge (understanding of clinical roles or medical documentation) is highly valued.
Attention to Detail: A proactive, process-driven mindset with a commitment to maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Organization: The ability to manage multiple tasks, calendars, and deadlines simultaneously with high precision.
Digital Proficiency: Comfort working in a hybrid setup and proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
