Role Description
- Develop and execute a market expansion roadmap for Central Asia and the Transcaucasia
- Identify new markets, regions, state programs, and industrial clusters for company entry
- Actively develop business in engineering solutions, metalworking equipment, CNC machinery, and production automation for private and public sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle: from opportunity search → presentations and negotiations → preparation of commercial offers and tender documentation → to contract signing
- Build and maintain a high-level network with government institutions, agencies, local authorities, international donor organizations, and financial institutions
- Coordinate cooperation with international and local partners
- Achieve planned sales targets and grow the project portfolio in both industrial and public sectors
- Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and engineering partners to tailor solutions
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and meetings with potential government partners

- The main goal is growth of sales volumes in the region
- Most projects are implemented in the B2G sector (public procurement, tenders, national and international programs)
- The successful candidate should be able to work with both private companies and government bodies, with a focus on the public sector
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business expansion, sales B2B/B2G or regional development preferably in industrial or engineering projects
- Practical background in metalworking, mechanical engineering, or engineering solutions (equipment, production technologies, CNC, automation)
- Understanding of public procurement, tenders, export/import, financing schemes
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders in both government and industry
- Languages: Russian (mandatory), English — Upper-Intermediate+, knowledge of local languages is an advantage
- Ability to adapt in diverse cultural environments, readiness for frequent travel
- Strong result orientation: ability to set and achieve ambitious revenue and portfolio growth goals
