We are looking for a Lead Personnel Officer in Tashkent to strengthen our team in Uzbekistan.
In this role, you will organize and manage the department’s work, oversee personnel administration processes, ensure compliance with labor legislation, and coordinate internal policies, systems, and reporting activities.

Responsibilities:
Organizing the department’s work (operational and strategic management of the department)
Establishing and maintaining all personnel administration processes (including analysis of personnel documentation and development of improvement proposals)
Organizing the process of maintaining personnel records of the company and its divisions in accordance with unified primary documentation forms.
Monitoring the creation and maintenance of employees’ personnel files, including updates related to employment history
Timely and accurate maintenance of personnel records (hiring, transfers, dismissals, extension of employment contracts, etc.) in compliance with labor legislation and internal systems
Control over employment contracts management in the ENST system and updates related to the system
Creation, coordination, and updating of the company’s internal policies
Automation of routine personnel administration processes
Control over technical specifications for 1C system enhancements
Consulting employees on labor law matters
Submission of personnel reports to government authorities (vacancy reports, quotas)
Requirements:
Higher education (additional education, courses, seminars, trainings in personnel administration is a plus);
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of the current Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Confident PC user, knowledge of 1C (version 8.3);
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
Experience working with electronic systems and electronic document management is a plus;
Knowledge of English at least B1 level;
Knowledge of Uzbek language;
Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
Responsibility, attentiveness, reliability, discipline, and strong communication skills.
