FP&A Team Lead: Delivery and Corporate Functions

As part of our FP&A Team you will:

• Make contribution to the business success through the high-quality business performance analysis, proactive approach and support of business issues resolution;
• Have the largest impact on Company’s growth potential via improving planning process, developing and handling of management reporting;
• Get the opportunity to join highly motivated controlling team with a strong value-creation business orientation.

Position Functionality:

• Business Partner function: strong collaboration with Delivery Heads and effectiveness performance steering of Delivery locations;
• Work closely with the Leadership team to formulate short- to long-term financial and strategic plans;
• Communicate results and recommendations to C-level/L-1 management that will lead to revenue generation, cost reduction, profitability increase and more efficient operations;
• Prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of management;
• Analyze financial data and use financial models for forecasting;
• Plan/fact analisys, results performance and weekness identification;
• Study and analyze trends to build reliable forecasts and recommend actions for cost efficiency increase;
• Leading and support of FP&A monthly closing process including SAP (responsible areas);
• Deviation analysis and comments;
• FP&A process harmonization in coordination with Accounting/Financial Controlling;
• AdHoc/Business case calculations and business requests support.

Requirements:

• Higher economic education;
• Strong Excel skills/experience in modelling;
• Experience in FP&A (or Controlling) on Lead position 2+ years;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Understanding of IFRS/US GAAP essentials and P&L (CIMA; ACCA; CPA is a plus);
• Experience of working in SAP or other ERP will be an advantage;
• English language (Upper Intermediate).
