Payroll Calculation Specialist

What you are going to do:

• Regular calculation of salaries and bonuses using existing methodologies in a ready-made system (no international payroll experience needed)
• HR analytics, preparation of ad-hoc reports in various dimensions
• Budgeting and cost analytics
• Visualization of results in clear presentations, diagrams, charts, and dashboards
• Involvement in a Payroll automation project requiring financial, technical, and analytical background
• Consultation and assistance to the team on compensation-related inquiries as a customer support specialist
• Implementation of ideas for the development and improvement of the motivation system.

What we expect from you:

• Passion to details: daily processing of extensive data requires the ability to switch quickly without losing concentration
• Analytical skills: the ability to dive deep into data, organize and optimize it, and uncover insights
• Advanced knowledge of programs: proficiency in Google Spreadsheets / Excel, creating clear graphics and charts, including complex functions, pivot tables, and data retrieval from various sources; Power Query as a plus
• Responsiveness and willingness to assist internal clients — employees
• Intermediate English level: active and frequent communication in English, primarily in written form.

Not a Requirement, But an Advantage

• Understanding and experience with SQL, macros, or Google Scripts
• Practice in working with visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau).
