Community, Content & Culture Manager
(Creative Technology & Interactive Worlds)


About the role
We are looking for a Community, Content & Culture Manager to help us grow and nurture the cultural presence around our studios - Fun and Awe and Cosmos Interactive.
This role sits at the intersection of community building, storytelling, and public presence. It is not about
growth hacking or aggressive marketing. It is about shaping a meaningful dialogue around emerging digital
worlds, interactive experiences, and presence-based design.
You will help translate our ideas, processes, and worlds into conversations, content, and events - and build
a community that resonates with them.


Responsibilities:
Community & Presence
• Build and nurture a thoughtful, engaged community around our studios and projects
• Facilitate dialogue across platforms (social channels, Discord/Telegram, events)
• Connect artists, designers, developers, researchers, and collaborators around shared interests
Content & Storytelling
• Curate and create written content: reflections, process notes, announcements, essays, and short
narratives
• Help shape and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all public communication
• Collaborate with founders and creatives to translate complex ideas into accessible, meaningful
language
Social Platforms
• Curate our presence on selected social platforms (not “manage for volume”)
• Develop an editorial rhythm that respects depth, timing, and silence when needed
• Ensure platforms feel like extensions of our worlds, not marketing feeds
Events & Public Moments
• Support and organize online and offline events: talks, salons, showcases, demos, community
sessions
• Coordinate collaborations with festivals, institutions, and creative communities
• Help turn releases and milestones into shared moments, not campaigns
What we are looking for
• Experience in community building, editorial/content work, cultural projects, or creative
industries
• Strong writing skills in English (Russian is a plus)
• Sensitivity to tone, aesthetics, and narrative
• Interest in interactive media, games, XR, art, design, or emerging technologies
• Ability to work with ambiguity and abstract ideas
• Self-directed, reflective, and curious

You will not be promoting products - you will be helping build a cultural context around ideas,
experiences, and emerging forms of digital presence.
