DIONYSOS is a dynamic company specializing in IT logistics. We are currently seeking two talented and motivated Backend developers to join our team in Tashkent founded in 2024.

Our headquarters are located in Monaco, and we are now expanding part of our IT operations to Tashkent to support our growth and strengthen our capabilities.

Our Project

For over 10 years, we have been developing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) tailored specifically for e-commerce. Our European clients highly value our expertise and professionalism.
Most of our frontend applications are built in PHP & VueJS, which remains our core programming language.

We have structured our teams into three main areas:

• WMS (Warehouse Management System):
  This tool helps warehouses efficiently manage inventory and ensures optimal working conditions for staff.
  It also includes two key subprojects:

  • PDA: A mobile application built with CapacitorJS and Quasar, deployed on Android handheld terminals for warehouse operations.

  • Workstation: A desktop application built with ElectronJS and Quasar, deployed on Ubuntu PCs for warehouse operations.

• TMS (Transportation Management System):
  An additional module for the WMS that generates shipping labels for outgoing orders build with NuxtJS 4 & Symfony 7

• Connector:
  A synchronization component linking e-commerce platforms with the warehouse system, ensuring seamless data and operational flow build with Laravel (no frontend).

We handle everything from A to Z — from software development to server deployment for our clients. Every step is managed in-house, guaranteeing full control and technical excellence.

Our journey began more than ten years ago when our director, Benjamin, encountered logistical challenges in his previous company. This experience led to the creation of our first WMS solution. Soon after, other warehouses adopted it, inspiring Benjamin to dedicate himself fully to its development.

As the company grew, Benjamin built a dedicated team to meet the increasing needs of our clients and deliver innovative, industry-leading features. We are now 8 tech peoples working all together.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WMS, including client APIs, internal services, and frontend support for backend teams.

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and implement innovative technical solutions.

• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent knowledge of PHP8+ and solid professional experience.

• Good experience with one or more frameworks such as Zend Framework 2+ / Laminas / Symfony / Laravel.

• Familiarity with Docker, PostgreSQL, NodeJS, and VueJS is a plus.

• Previous experience in e-commerce or logistics is highly appreciated.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a team.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory:

  • English is essential for communicating confidently with all international team members.

  • Russian is optional and mainly used within the local Tashkent team. If you speak Russian at a C2 or native level, an English level of B1 will be considered sufficient.

• Above all, we value motivation to learn — logistics is a complex and fascinating field, and a genuine curiosity to understand it deeply is key to success in this role.

Benefits

• Schedule: 10:30 – 18:30 (Tashkent time)

• Paid Leave & Holidays: At least 21 calendar days of paid annual leave, in accordance with Uzbek labor law. Additional leave may be granted based on internal company policies. All official public holidays of Uzbekistan are observed.

• Remote Work: After 1–2 years, possibility of up to one remote workday per week

Recruitment Process

• Oral Interview: 15-minute English/Russian interview to assess communication skills.

• Technical Test: 1-hour PHP knowledge assessment conducted in our Tashkent office (without AI tools, otherwise it’s not fun 😄).

Job Offer

• Salary: 16 000 000 soʻm after tax during the probation period, then 19 000 000 soʻm after tax.

• Legal Compliance: We strictly follow all official employment laws and regulations of Uzbekistan.

• Employment Contract: A formal employment contract, compliant with Uzbek legislation, will be signed upon hiring.
