Responsibilities: Executes all activities related to the Product Flow process, as per centrally defined timings and priorities, ensuring a timely and accurate completion of each step and item:
- Defines priorities and drives timings for RDP1/ RDP2/artworks creation.
- Creates RDP1 (check of SKU list with marketing) and follows up RDP1 completion.
- Is the contact person for Central Documentation regarding information on RDP process.
- Compiles and sends RDP2.
- Anticipates and addresses potential criticalities in the downstream flow.
2. Manages the artwork workflow in:
- Set-up of a systematic communication flow and regular meetings with Marketing Teams to assess the artworks which need to be created (i.e. information on planned activities, promos, creative agencies etc.),
- Creation of artwork requests (data and operative coherence, including F8S).
- Coordination with the agencies for the execution of artworks, ensuring correct set-up of approval process.
- Drives multi country language groups, defining optimal and most effective combinations.
- Communicates with Repro and graphic agencies, Marketing, Plants on topics related to packaging.
Requirements: - Higher education
- Work experience: 1 year and more in Administration, Marketing, Logistics
- Computer skills: Advanced
- Language skills (English): Upper-Intermediate
- Strong organization skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work with the overflow of information
