Logistics specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing transportation and documentation processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. B2B Order & Delivery Management

• Manage B2B sales orders across key sales channels.

• Share sales order reports with the sales team and update them on open or pending orders.

• Request planned shipment schedules from logistics partners based on stock availability.

• Monitor creation of delivery notes and ensure alignment with order confirmations and truck loading plans.

• Verify product availability for all generated B2B delivery notes.

• Collect and review backorders and provide updates to key account managers; revise orders after cancellation approvals.

• 2. Coordination with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs)

• Create outbound delivery requests for logistics service providers.

• Align loading and unloading schedules with logistics partners and customer warehouses.

• Coordinate unloading time slots and share confirmed slots with internal warehouses for planning.

• Communicate regularly with logistics partners on loading/unloading slots and operational topics.

• 3. Distribution Center & Documentation Control

• Verify data consistency between outbound information and distribution center records before issuing final documents.

• Prepare and distribute consignee notes for each truck and perform billing corrections when required.

• 4. Transportation Cost & Invoice Management

• Check outbound transportation reports weekly and monthly for invoicing accuracy.

• Align reports with logistics partners on demurrage, deliveries, outgoing orders, disputes, and returns.

• Validate transport orders for cost accuracy and supporting documentation.

• Review and reconcile dispute reports.

• Update freight rates and tariffs based on agreements and maintain tariff master data.

• 5. Demurrage & Damage Handling

• Track demurrage data for each truck and ensure timely reporting and settlement.

• Manage the outbound damage investigation process, including evidence collection, communication with account managers and logistics providers, and follow-up until final settlement such as payments or credit notes.

• 6. Warranty Returns & Customer Service Support

• Process warranty returns and related write-offs.

• Release billing documents when goods issue for free-of-charge deliveries is completed.

• 7. Stock Transfers for Brand Stores

• Create stock transfer orders for offline brand stores.

• Check stock availability, initiate transfers, and ensure delivery note creation.

• Manage transfers from blocked stock (e.g., display items) to available stock.

• Provide inbound delivery lists before goods receipt posting and reassign goods to blocked stock when needed.

• 8. Procurement Support

• Create purchase requisitions for logistics services in the procurement system.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, transportation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• English Knowledge at least intermediate level.

• Excel proficient user

• Proficiency in working with logistics documentation and reporting systems.
