Logistics specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing transportation and documentation processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in internal and cross-functional logistics projects and support Global Planning and Logistics operations.

• Manage order processing activities in the Integrated Control System, including creation and follow up of sales orders, delivery notes, and return orders.

• Coordinate transportation activities with Logistics Service Providers, including shipment planning, delivery follow up, billing coordination, and return handling.

• Monitor open orders and back orders, maintaining regular communication with sales teams and Key Account Managers.

• Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with customer warehouses, brand stores, and Logistics Service Providers.

• Manage documentation related to demurrage, Free of Charge deliveries, warranty returns, and display sales.

• Support stock transfer processes for offline stores, including availability checks, transfers between warehouses, and required system updates.

• Prepare purchase requisitions for logistics services and maintain supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, transportation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• English Knowledge at least intermediate level.

• Excel proficient user

• Proficiency in working with logistics documentation and reporting systems.
